Our signature full-pack brisket, smoked low and slow for 14 hours over post oak. Dark bark, pink smoke ring, buttery tender — the whole nine yards.
Shoulder cut, seasoned with our dry rub and smoked until it falls apart at the touch. Finished with a light vinegar mop for balance.
St. Louis-cut spare ribs, glazed with our house barbecue sauce in the last hour of smoke. Sticky, smoky, and impossibly tender.
Creamy mac & cheese, collard greens, baked beans, coleslaw, and our famous cornbread — all made fresh daily in our kitchen.

Our Story
Prince Pit BBQ was born from a simple belief: that barbecue should never be anything less than honest. No shortcuts. No gas ovens. Just meat, wood, time, and a whole lot of patience.
Located right here in Barlow, Kentucky, we've been feeding our neighbors with the same recipes and the same fire we started with on day one.
